Another Delegation Antagonistic on EPO Matters is 'Decapitated' (Sean Dennehey)

Just days before the UPC question (Brexit compatibility issue) resurfaces, with an attempt to ratify bar any Parliamentary debate

Sean DenneheySummary: The head of UK-IPO, Sean Dennehey, is no longer the head of UK-IPO, but we need to know why (somewhat of a mystery, at least for now)

THE EPO (Office) is facing growing resistance from elements in the Organisation that may be too expensive to 'buy'. Usually, the larger the nation, the more likely it is to be against Battistelli's ludicrous proposals, but an inherent flaw is, all nations -- no more how minuscule (like islands or city-states) -- have an equal vote. We wrote about this subject many times before.

"Usually, the larger the nation, the more likely it is to be against Battistelli's ludicrous proposals, but an inherent flaw is, all nations -- no more how minuscule (like islands or city-states) -- have an equal vote."Odd news surfaced on Monday. Sean Dennehey, who had repeatedly antagonised Battistelli (voting against his proposals), was left out of his job. "The IPO [or UKIPO, or UK-IPO] has appointed head of Companies House Tim Moss as its new chief executive," wrote MIP, which is Battistelli-friendly. This article is the only one about it (that we've seen so far) and much of it is behind a paywall; what is visible says "Moss replaces Sean Dennehey who took on the role of acting chief executive following the departure of John Alty..."

I publicly asked about it 24 hours ago. Today I asked again: "Does anyone know why Sean Dennehey was removed from his position? Doesn't look like he stepped down."

We have heard some stories about Dennehey which we cannot share publicly (to protect sources).

"Without Dennehey leading the British delegation next week there will probably be even less resistance to crooked Team Battistelli."Yesterday I pinged John Alty (who is on Twitter) about the matter, but I have received no response. Sending both of them an E-mail, as I did before, would probably have the same result. We previously shared here Sean Dennehey's E-mail address, but he too is not particularly responsive.

Readers should recall Sean Dennehey's recent record at the EPO (Administrative Council). Also recall we heard rumours that Battistelli had been lobbying to remove Roland Grossenbacher, the Former Chairman of the Administrative Council of the EPO, after there was disagreement between them. If anyone knows what is going on, please get in touch. It may be an innocent coincidence, but we need to know for sure. Without Dennehey leading the British delegation next week there will probably be even less resistance to crooked Team Battistelli.
