Illegally Monetising an Attack on the European Patent Convention (or How National Delegates Participate in a Coordinated Patent Collusion, a Form of Organised Crime)

Summary: A sort of "patent racket" based around Germany* is threatening Europe; to make matters worse, it's creating a financial calamity, but few actors profit from this calamity and coordinate the agenda

THE above video concerns the latest part in a series [1, 2, 3, 4] about an imploding bubble at the EPO. Crime seems to be the last resort now; the only way the EPO can sustain its existence, given the severe damage done over the past decade, is deliberate violation of laws, constitutions, and treaties. The general idea is, misuse the granting authority to grant hundreds of thousands if not millions of illegal patents. Who benefits? NPOs**. It is all connected.

"Of course the corporate media is never mentioning any of that!"Just before recording the above video I opened the front page of the EPO's Web site (a source of endless lies) and later I noticed that a couple of days ago, this page had been updated to congratulate António Campinos, who merely continues the illegal plans of Benoît Battistelli, aiming to bring an illegal kangaroo court to authorise fake European Patents, including European software patents that should never have been granted in the first place.

If the EPO plans to attack the law (EPC) and then celebrate its 50th anniversary (adding insult to injury next year), then citizens of Europe should at least be fully aware, properly informed. The same people who staged a coup at the EPO (turning a patent office into a bank) are now staging a coup against patent courts all across the EU, seeking to replace them with plaintiff-friendly kangaroo courts, presuming validity of patents granted by de facto bankers. Today's EPO is run by managers with no grasp of patents. It's all nepotism and destruction for personal gain. Patent examiners are rightly unset and the uproar results in industrial actions and strikes. Of course the corporate media is never mentioning any of that! _________ * As this article from yesterday put it: "The European Union is run on a day-to-day basis by Germany for German interests. Except when it’s kowtowing to American interests." This is what's happening in EPO for sure, never mind the EU.

** EPO staff trusts them even less than it trusts Campinos. Based on the latest survey as well as prior surveys.
