How Quickly a Site Grew…
It was pleasantly surprising to find that boycottnovell.com is ranked 3904th on the Web, according to NetCraft. However artificial and inaccurate such traffic ranks can be, we seem to have even surpassed LXer.
When Shane started this Web site it was probably a tad spontaneous and impulsive. We spoke to each other at the time and didn’t even know if this site would last, let alone grow. Little did we know.
Thanks to all those who bother to read us, a very small proportion of which gains visibility by posting comments too. █

And instead of promoting traitors like Novell you could be promoting Red Hat, Canonical or Mandriva. Stop give them free advertising. These people are lowlifes. Let Microsoft finish them off.

Along with innocent customers who could have chosen Red Hat/Mandriva/Canonical instead of Novell but weren’t properly informed?

I think the reason why this site is so popular, is that you cover the stories that other sites like CNET, ITNews and computerworld fail to mention or are paid not to mention. And not only do you provide the story, you provide the evidence along with the story.
I’ve been reading this site for 3 months now. And have absolutely loved every minute of it, keep up the great work.

Thanks, ZiggyFish, that’s kind of you to say.

“Let Microsoft finish them off.”
…and then buy off all the UNIX patents that Novell holds to have an actual weapon against Linux. Not such a great idea.
Anyway, been reading this site for a very long time now (though i rarely post) and all I can say is congrats and keep up the good work!
