The European Patent Office (EPO) is Being Crushed to Pieces and EPO Staff Isn't Gullible Enough or Sufficiently Blind to That

Summary: Today's video attempts to explain just how awful things have become in Europe's second-largest institution and one of the world's biggest patent offices; it's governed by unqualified people who compensate for this inadequacy by breaking laws, bribing the media, and even bribing the people who elect them; recently, the European Union and Commission doubled down on their support for this

THE video above is a bit longer than usual, but it's not repetitive.

This is a video regarding three of last night's posts -- a set of closely-connected posts concerning the European Patent Office (EPO) (there's lots more coming later today); the good news is that staff is very well aware of what's going on (it also speaks about that despite the risk of reprisal), but the bad news is that European press ignores this highly concerning crisis, which is now expanding to the European Union through the illegal and unconstitutional court, the UPC (European publishers are moreover being bribed to promote it and to constantly lie about it, so it's a crisis of the media too!).

One person told me earlier this week that it'd be great if someday the mainstream press or the politicians would notice the problems caused by/at the EPO. I contacted many European politicians over the years and I'd say it's absolutely useless... unless one does so just to demonstrate just how useless they can be.

"Yes, we're talking about Soviet tactics here, except in Russia journalists are thrown out of windows, whereas in the EPO the workers throw themselves out of windows."Two nights ago we covered 44 points, as itemised and enumerated by staff representatives in Munich. They explained just how awful working conditions had become. Only 1 in 20 people can endorse the new system or call it a "positive" development (and that's just among people who actually chose to try). This experience of the workforce matches exactly what we spoke about in the more distant past. Instead of motivating the workers the current management is trying to PUNISH the workers. What's the goal? Driving them all out? Or to attack productivity under the false guise of 'flexibility'? Depressed workers can never become productive. Working under pressure doesn't yield improved results unless it's a very physical, mechanical job (even that would lead to fatigue or physical/mental breakdown).

The EPO's management is not trying to fix any of the problems; instead EPO budget is misused to bribe the media and they've got some "SEO gurus" to deal with criticism, trying to basically hide critics. The EPO also hired law firms to intimidate and spy on critics. Yes, we're talking about Soviet tactics here, except in Russia journalists are thrown out of windows, whereas in the EPO the workers throw themselves out of windows. In front of colleagues, even managers, just to make a strong statement.
