statCounter: Monaco Now 7% GNU/Linux ("Proper")

Monaco is a very small country, but it is also a very rich country. People in Monaco would not move to GNU/Linux just to "save money"; if they can afford to live in Monaco, then the cost of a Windows licence (in France) would be almost negligible to them.
GNU/Linux is about freedom. Unlike ChromeOS (GNU/Linux with some spyware on it), most GNU/Linux distros only include Free software.
So this month it's up to 7%. GNU/Linux, not counting Chromebooks, is on the rise. █
