IBM is Not a Free Software Company (It Never Was)
Red Hat's main product, RHEL, is full of secret sauce and has 'secret recipes' (it is basically proprietary)

IBM does not genuinely value what it bought in Red Hat because IBM's management does not understand freedom and barely even knows what "Open Source" really means (maybe they think "Microsoft GitHub thingie").
A week ago we got told that IBM would shake down Red Hat workers. We did see evidence that the pressure on Red Hatters had gone up and we still hear the same.
Red Hat will not change IBM.
Yes, IBM will change Red Hat.
Not for the better. █
