Why is NASA handing over public data to a company which was sued by the United States government and found guilty? Need it be added that Microsoft uses this as an opportunity to block GNU/Linux users?

And speaking of abuse of this kind, Microsoft has moved on from using swine flu to market its brand to kids. The same shameless promotion is now targeting adults [1, 2, 3]. We have already shown how Microsoft uses AIDS to promote Windows Vista [1, 2] while Bill Gates uses malaria to attack GNU/Linux.
