Boycott Lenovo, and Enemy of Linux (and of Reliable Hardware)
THE long history of Lenovo's hostility towards (not mere neglect of) GNU/Linux is showing itself again, as Lenovo is almost single-handedly preventing the release of Linux (6.6 was tagged for released by Linus Torvalds only locally, but Lenovo stands in his way and he bites his tongue, trying to be polite and calm in the face or this reckless sabotage).
As a reminder, Lenovo already makes Windows-only laptops which refuse to boot anything but Windows, thanks to Gulagboy and his handlers/friends from Microsoft.
Being a Chinese company, Lenovo typically goes manic, trying hard to silence its critics and exposers, even lying about them. "Maybe Lenovo can fire up their defamation machine and aim it at everyone now," Ryan said, after he had been subjected to this in 2016 when he exposed bad things they did to Linux. █
