THE crimes of Sirius Open Source (covered by us since December 2022) are not a new subject here. Sirius Open Source did really bad things, especially towards the end. That's why I confronted the company and left.
Victims of Sirius pension fraud prepare for legal action against the 2+ perpetrators of the crime, maybe before Christmas. Failing that, the start of next year. This isn't over. Far from it.
Short of such an action, justice will be pursued by other routes, perhaps in conjunction with ongoing court actions.
One of the perpetrators was the Account Manager, who was also the spouse of the man on the left.
'Mummy Sirius' is not denying her role, she is just trying to distance herself from the company, now that this company brings her no income anymore...
She admits she isn't technical (but is sleeping with the CEO) and says her background has some management, but does not specify much because it's some local shop (part of a chain) that sells stuff like candy and newspapers, not even remotely related to what Sirius is offering/selling.
Be careful of companies that do "bedroom hiring" (no relevant experience or qualifications) rather than choose candidates with suitable university degrees and a track record in the correct (for the job) discipline.
We'll say a lot more soon. This sort of stuff was the downfall of the company, where the share of geeks kept going down and managers spoke in buzzwords, incapable of comprehending technical terms or even invoicing clients correctly.
In theory, companies can be sued also for improperly hiring people, but plaintiffs then need to demonstrate what makes them seem or constitute "victims".
