If this month's numbers from statCounter are to be believed, then Windows has fallen to new lows as people move to GNU/Linux in Norway:

Desktop Operating System Market Share Norway: Jan 2009 - July 2024

Notice GNU/Linux at over 29%.

This is higher than we saw it on the second day of the month (when data becomes available for a new month). Vista 11 appears not to have gained any "share" since Christmas. █
