New search interface and locally hosted back end

Today, at long last, we're launching search. The address to use is: https://techrights.org/search/query

Shhhhh... don't tell the bots. We don't want them to know anything about this address as they might hammer away at the back end.

The interface is hopefully intuitive. If you encounter bugs, please report them to us.

The licence for this search facility is AGPLv3. █
