Finland uses more than one billion euros per year for various Microsoft licenses only

This morning the sister site spoke of what Microsoft costs to Finland and also costs to many other nations because Sompi (Sami Tikkanen) pointed out, based on this report, that a lot of taxpayers' money goes to Microsoft (US) instead of supporting local computer professionals.

That money is, in effect, putting back doors in Finland - rendering the country very vulnerable to Russian cyber (over the Net) attacks.

"I don't know its source [of the infographic]," Sompi said. "The article [from North Patrol] says that the IT costs had grown more than 100% since the previous year [...] It's not surprising to me, considering how the microsofters have more and more influence everywhere".
