No Slop Found in RSS Feeds, Only in Google News

No slopfarm will survive for very long, certainly it'll go bust as soon as readers (if it had any) know what it is

The slopfarm "commandlinux" (we first saw it around Christmastime) is a very obscure site, only ever promoted by Google News, which got tricked into assuming it is a real site:

Slop or fake: Building Modern Apps While Living in the Terminal

It'll probably die soon. All the sites that turned into slopfarms or that we saw in our RSS feeds spewing out LLM slop sooner or later vanished. They saw no future and no value in slop. They stopped. Some went offline. They eventually pulled the plug.

From what we can gather, Google News canned quite a few slopfarms, but Google News has also just linked to a triplet of connected (run by same person/s) slopfarms:

Slop or fake: ClipXDaemon Malware Targets Crypto Users in Linux X11 Sessions

Slop variation/no variation/permutation:

Slop or fake: ClipXDaemon Emerges as C2-Less Linux Clipboard Hijacker, Targeting Crypto Wallets in X11 Sessions

And this also:

Slop or fake: New Linux Rootkits Leverage eBPF and io_uring For Stealth

Maybe one day Google will admit that slop was a mistake (it's already fostering a Google-hostile sentiment in the media) and that Google News must never promote any slop.

Or maybe not. Maybe Google will drown in massive debt with slop fantasies.
