Julian Assange

Two years ago DW (Germany's national broadcaster) released this documentary, a firm produced by Turkish journalist Can Dündar.

It was released just days after Assange had turned 53 and about two weeks after he had left the UK.

Reporting is not a crime and exposing corruption is not a crime either. Many Turkish journalists and Iranian dissidents understand what happens when exposing crimes becomes a crime. █
