The gist of the video is, as hardware becomes more scarce and thus expensive fewer people buy a new PC with Windows on it, especially in poorer country. This means that even some of the world's largest population convert existing PCs to GNU/Linux. No wonder
Windows is at an all-time low and
Microsoft tries hard to block GNU/Linux from even booting.
