Novell Inc. on Thursday posted a slightly worse-than-expected decline in revenue for its fiscal third quarter, as product sales of identity and security management and systems and resource management software each fell sharply.
More details will be posted tomorrow.

Glad to see you're still not letting the truth get in the way of a story.
Novell is hardly alone in showing revenue drops, not to mention that the summer months usually show a slow down in many industries. Probably has something to do with vacations and holding on to budget money to make sure there's enough to get through the year.
Don't take time to mention that they showed 16 million in net profit - that would just confuse the issue right? After all your crowing about Novell and M$ going into debt and being on the brink of the abyss - you wouldn't want to scan the balance sheet and notice that they've reduced their debt by 200 million. That would make things too murky for your readers right?
In case you haven't noticed, the only companies in the US who have posted really good results are the ones who received bailout money.
It should be noted that fake news about Microsoft OpenAI doubling workforce (mere words, not actions) can serve as a nice distraction from the death of Sora due to divestment
75+ KG of legal papers, 2 cases, 2 barristers (one hiding in the metadata) and maybe two law firms (also hiding in the metadata) against two modest people in Manchester seems disproportionate and vindicative
