Excelente artículo para añadir un poco de perspectiva sobre las patentes de software. Los MONOPOLISTAS tratan de utilizar las patentes para crear una escasez donde no existe. La mejor explicación que he leído sobre este tema es de un libro llamado "Contra El Monopolio Intelectual" por Michele Boldrin y David K.
