From Sexual Harassment of Women to Yet More Cybercrimes
They can (and possibly will) be prosecuted.
Editorial note: A high-level authority said that writing about this is lawful; it's OK to publish and there is "no law against it".
ALMOST exactly a week ago my wife was digitally abused again [1, 2]. We've already linked to both examples of cybercrimes, with lots more to be shown some time in the future. It has been a rocky couple of years in the sense that we've had crimes committed against us, which meant we had to spend much time and energy on horrible people, devoting already-scarce resources not to the writing of articles about Microsoft, EPO, Free software etc. Nearly 10 hours were spent opening crime cases at the police.
We assume the goal here is to slow us down and discourage, demoralise etc.
Wasting time of people (and energy) by spreading spam, subscribing people to spam, then having the audacity to claim to be the victim? Yes, we've seen all that. The pattern of abuse against my wife makes it abundantly clear who the perpetrator is; using the exact same pattern that had been targeted at me [1, 2, 3]. Even the very same sources of spam!
This is a cybercrime. They target my wife now.
This moreover persisted for days after her articles about the spamming.
There's no stopping the crimes when one hides behind the veil of "I am trans" (while posting radical views online, deemed too extremist even for Twitter, resulting in actual bans).
We could take screenshots again, even just to demonstrate that this abuse persists. As my wife witnessed firsthand, these people are worse than insane and, judging by this behaviour, mentally unstable if not borderline suicidal. They rely on presumptions that they tell the truth, even when they make false statements, relying moreover on the "I am trans" non-sequitur, calling everyone a "transphobe" for merely opposing illegal actions.
When this fails, they exploit a good faith system, like riding without paying (fee/fare evasion). In practice it takes some lunatic to abuse the system en masse and make the "journey" unpleasant to everyone. We'll elaborate on this in the near future.
Anyway, what sort of ambassadorships is this for so-called "social justice warriors" and trans people?
Well, there is a saying that goes something along the lines of or sounds like (rough translation), "you are cooking yourself in your own oil".
Based on a lot of evidence, this abuse against my wife was done by the same person who did the same to me and had done even worse things last month and 2 months ago.
Anyway, we'll carry on posting articles on the topics that matter. I'd rather not waste time on this nonsense, except maybe once a week on Mondays.
Some people out there need to seek mental health advice, but that's not always curable. █
