Colombia: From Less Than 0.5% to Nearly 4% for GNU/Linux

THE numbers from this extensive Web survey (ODF) tell us that in more recent years a lot more people in central America became GNU/Linux users (it's not limited to this one country; Venezuela is a good example).
Looking further south, consider Uruguay, which is a a large country, albeit about 6 times smaller than Colombia. Uruguay has also been historically high for GNU/Linux usage with Android being a lot bigger than Windows. █
