EPO Staff Reps: "Until now, Mr Campinos is still leaving the appellants in the dark about the exact content of the opinion of the Appeals Committee on the EPO salary adjustment procedure."
THE EPO's Local Staff Committee Munich, Haar & Brussels (LSCMN) has a new publication critical of António Campinos, with whom it has outstanding legal battles.
Having just uploaded slides from a very recent 'meeting' (webchat over Microsoft/NSA) [1, 2], it expresses the opinion that - just like Benoît Battistelli - Campinos chooses to lawyer up rather than listen up. Quoting LSCMN: "The SUEPO lawyers have now asked the President to forward the opinion to the appellants without delay and reserve their right to comment in the same manner as the President Communiqué of 13 June once they have received it."
Here's the message sent to staff:
Report on the Virtual Meeting of Wednesday 26 June
Dear Colleagues,
On Wednesday 26 June, more than 600 colleagues followed the second Virtual Meeting of the Local Staff Committee Munich, Haar & Brussels (LSCMN).
We would like to thank everybody for their participation and for submitting questions during the event. Links to the presented slides can be found below:

• Salary Adjustment Procedure – President Communiqué on opinion of the Appeals Committee and “reaction” of the Office
Until now, Mr Campinos is still leaving the appellants in the dark about the exact content of the opinion of the Appeals Committee on the EPO salary adjustment procedure.
The SUEPO lawyers have now asked the President to forward the opinion to the appellants without delay and reserve their right to comment in the same manner as the President Communiqué of 13 June once they have received it.
Sincerely yours,
The Local Staff Committee Munich, Haar & Brussels - LSCMN
