Anti-Free Software Militants Reported to the Police for Second Time This Month
They have resorted to criminal activities against not only yours truly but also relatives
What we're dealing with here is a fake account, which I reported to the police, trying to connect me to terrorism and worse. This isn't the first time this particular forger does this and the police has extensive record of the fakes. Fake posts like the above are far from an isolated thing. Fake accounts like the above are also far from an isolated thing. It's an epidemic.
Mr. 'Secure Boot' and his lackey/ies will never get tired of defaming Software Freedom voices, including Bruce Perens, John Gilmore, and the authors of the GPL.
Those same people were committing cybercrimes earlier this month (since then admitted doing it and the prime perpetrator sought excuses for this criminal activity).
We've already caught about 6 such fake accounts and blogs, bearing my face, showing family members, linking me to terrorists etc. One example of many explains the efforts to link those fake accounts to people I personally know, tricking them into thinking it was me and that I had gone insane.
The British police is in possession of evidence and is already dealing with the matter. To be clear, what we deal with here aren't normal people; these are radical, criminal extremists who pretend to be in the community. The above post and account were both created on exactly the twentieth anniversary of Tux Machines. It's not a coincidence. The timing was by intention.
Also, just to be clear, I am not in Mastodon, so accounts with my name there are fakes that are malicious. I'll revisit the subject some time in the future. There's lots more to show. █
