National Record: GNU/Linux Tops Belgium, Brussels Must Tackle Microsoft's 'Secure' Boot Abuses ASAP
Setting aside rapid growth of Android (Linux) in Belgium, this summer we're seeing how "GNU/Linux Continues Its Rapid Growth" and this month it's up further:
New all-time high!
Such a profound change in the "capital of Europe" (GNU/Linux used to be rather small in this country) signals hope.
Regulators in Brussels must take note of how Microsoft misuses fake "secure" boot to sabotage the adoption of GNU/Linux. They really need to take action. They needed to have taken action back in 2012, but Microsofters and moles got in their way.
Now that Microsoft bribes OSI, Linux Foundation and others we don't expect such fake 'NGOs' to lift a finger and file/lodge a complaint. It is a form of regulatory capture that we recently saw in the UK (see below). This is corruption. █
