SNIFFING around for recent videos of Richard Stallman (he's in Peru right now, giving many talks), we haven't found his latest talks but a Spanish translation of his latest talk in English [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8].

An associate explains that these are "all eight segments, no idea how complete they are. Nothing else findable in YouTube [...] I found the 'original' for the above. It's a full hour plus."

Notice the top comment, as it comes from the same user who did the translations ("entropiabinaria"). "This is an excellent contribution," the user said. "I am translating it into Spanish and re-uploading it to YouTube, mentioning you as the original source, as appropriate. Thank you very much for this. Also, I'm subscribed. Many thanks, again."

As a side note, there's an ongoing attempt to unseat and deplatform every supporter of Stallman.

"The goal is to kill the whole FSF," we said yesterday. "Their goal is to kill the whole FSF," a reader notes. We stand corrected. "Their goal, not our goal."

Intensity of censorship attempts (frequency too) against Techrights increased a lot lately, so we must be doing something right.

If they cannot deplatform or cancel Stallman, then they're likely to aim at those who resist the "cancel culture". â–ˆ
