China is willing to lose as much money as it takes (TikTok/Bytedance does not profit) to warp perceptions and feelings worldwide and, as Trump is a chronic consumer of Social Control Media, he has a "soft spot" or "warn spot" for any Social Control Media that helps him get voters, especially from young "addicts" of Social Control Media. There's a clear bias.
