Speed of the Site Should be Better Now
3 days ago: LLM Bots vs Techrights
This past week we had "record traffic", but a lot of that was bots. We're talking about over a million requests per day from useless bots. It slowed down an otherwise very fast/responsive site.
Now that the issue is tackled we expect the site to again serve pages very fast, sans latency/overhead associated with physical distance (number of hops).
The "bot attacks" impact the speed of the sister site too. They're both tenants of the same physical box. █
