Facts on the Case Already Disclosed by US Authorities

Redacted Released Infomation on Balabhadra Graveley

THE US authorities cannot be sued for "libel" by the serial strangler from Microsoft. They are, however, the original source.

It is Minna Canth Day today, celebrating a "writer and social activist". These two activities are connected.

In my case, I didn't report anything that wasn't already publicly accessible. There was no "doxing", contrary to what the begger claimed.

So why does the serial strangler from Microsoft try to misuse a court in another continent? Using a foreign law firm with less than 100,000 in the bank and with considerable debt? To help a Microsofter who spent 13 years harassing me [1, 2] and sending me empty threats?

I'd like Techrights to lead on this. We need to set the record straight, no matter how much SLAPPing Microsoft may or may not sponsor.

Showing what happened isn't hard. It should be trivial to handle given that the published material is correct. Techrights already published the police report (it wasn't sealed or anything) with the name of another victim redacted in order to protect her (we know of 3 alleged victims of this; there may be more).

Arrest made: (image)

"Jail staff advised me that mr. Graveley could not keep his debit card because his full was not on it."

Crime report: (image)

"Balabhadra grabbed her throat again with both hands and he began squeezing."

Prominent NGOs in the UK (several keep abreast of this SLAPP, judging every recent move) are truly unimpressed; why does some bad person from Microsoft in the US think he can weaponise London (UK) folks with a law degree (used for "reputation management") against people who merely report what happened?
