Wayland Should Start by Dumping Its Very Ugly Logo
IBM estimates that its "goodwill" - whatever that actually is or ever was - is "worth" over 66 billion dollars. Last year Microsoft said to shareholders that its "goodwill" was valued at $119,163,000,000 and this year, while laying off about 29,000 workers, Microsoft insists that its "goodwill" surged by over 100 million dollars. How? Why? Who the hell knows how they calculate those things...

In my very humble opinion, Wayland wins the "ugliest logo" award every year. For a graphics-oriented project, moreover, that is ONE HECK of an accomplishment!
If a company like IBM, with literally hundreds of thousands of staff and 66 billion dollars in "goodwill" value can only afford that yellow swish logo or if this is the best that it can do, what does that say about its investment in the project? Surely it can do better than that. Surely someone out there can propose a better logo. █
