2024-12-14 is when Slopwatch began
Having written a great deal about "slop" lately, consider the fact most sites don't mention anything about it, let alone condemn Serial Sloppers, such as this one:
A week ago we took search live and we announced this the following day.
After using terms like "chaff" we sort of settled on "slop" and it began appearing in headlines ~1.5 years ago:

On December 14th it'll be one year. We've done hundreds of Slopwatch installments since then. In some cases, that helped stop sites from doing slop. █
