Microsoft Peter Convicted for Pedophilia (and Still Defending Pedophilia)

As covered here before: Microsoft Peter is a Pedophile, Arrested Without Bail | Even After Microsoft Lost Its PR 'Asset' at Ars Technica (Arrested for Sexually Abusing Kids) Ars Technica Persists With Microsoft Advocacy (in 'News' Form)

Microsoft Peter convicted

Summary: Microsoft's connections to pedophiles (not only in possession of child pornography but people who sexually exploit children) is a growing problem and the mainstream media seems not too eager to touch the subject (especially in relation to the Gates estate/mansion)

IT has been nearly a year since we last covered this subject here. It has been a long time since any media even mentioned it in any way. Ars Technica is a pale shadow of its former self (almost defunct), the parent company constantly issues puff pieces for Bill Gates nowadays (Wired, Reddit etc.), and it also helped distract from Gates' MIT scandals by attacking RMS, instead (until MIT pushed RMS out).

"...the parent company constantly issues puff pieces for Bill Gates nowadays (Wired, Reddit etc.), and it also helped distract from Gates' MIT scandals by attacking RMS, instead (until MIT pushed RMS out)."For the uninitiated, "Microsoft Peter" is an apt name that we've been using for nearly a decade because he was always (since the start) acting like a Microsoft 'mole' inside Ars Technica, 'planting' articles for Microsoft and totally dominating (up until his arrest) the "Open Source" section with nothing but Microsoft propaganda, sourced from Microsoft itself (did Microsoft know who it was dealing with?).

"And speaking of Peter Bright," a former Microsofter told us, he was convicted (not that the media covered it) and to quote Justice.gov (U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of New York):

Geoffrey S. Berman, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that PETER BRIGHT, a former technology editor for an online publication, was convicted in Manhattan federal court Monday of attempted child enticement. BRIGHT was convicted after a one-week jury trial before U.S. District Judge P. Kevin Castel.

U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said: “As the jury found, Peter Bright attempted the basest type of crime, arranging to engage in sex with young children. Thanks to the FBI, Bright is in custody and facing serious prison time.”

According to the allegations contained in the Complaint, Indictment, and the evidence presented at trial:

In April 2019, BRIGHT reached out online to an undercover agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), who was posing as the mother of a 7-year-old girl and 9-year-old boy (the “Minors”). Over the course of hundreds of chat communications, BRIGHT discussed with the undercover agent BRIGHT’s plan to meet the Minors to engage in sexual activity. BRIGHT also requested photographs of the Minors.

In May 2019, BRIGHT met the undercover agent at a public park in New York, New York, for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity with the Minors. As BRIGHT and the undercover agent began walking to the Minors’ residence, BRIGHT was arrested.

* * *

BRIGHT, 39, of Brooklyn, New York, was convicted of one count of attempted enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity, which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison. The maximum potential sentence is prescribed by Congress and is provided here for informational purposes only, as the sentencing of the defendant will be determined by the judge.

BRIGHT is scheduled to be sentenced on June 29, 2020, at 11:30 a.m.

Mr. Berman praised the outstanding investigative work of the FBI.

The prosecution of this case is being handled by the Office’s General Crimes Unit. Assistant United States Attorneys Alexander Li, Michael D. Maimin, and Timothy T. Howard, and paralegal specialist Ariella Fetman, are in charge of the prosecution.

Curiously enough almost nobody from the press -- let alone Ars Technica -- was at the trial. To quote Inner City Press, which covered a lot of UN corruption (to the point where its editor, a professional and serious journalist, got banned):

Three days after the verdict with Inner City Press which alone covered the trials being asked many questions, including about the ArsTechnica editor who testified, we offered this:

Conde Nast / ArsTechnica official Ken Fisher (formally, Kenneth Robert Fisher III) said that Bright never proposed to write any article about child sex exploitation, on ArsTechnica's Slack or otherwise. [Ed: other writers at Ars Technica did report that he had been advocating sex with children and glaring signs were being ignored]

In fact, Fisher said, to the degree ArsTechnica cover the intersection of sex crimes and the Internet, they had a deputy editor who wrote their stories.

On cross examination by Bright's Federal Defender, Fisher was asked, "You are familiar with his online persona, right?" Fisher replied yes.

[...]

On March 12 with Bright again on the witness stand, bragging how he makes "littles order off the kids' menu," Inner City Press live tweeted, here:

Bright: I live in Bushwick... With anal, you have to know what you're doing. Real people are not porn stars.

He says "girl" in the Bronx was 30, Alicia.

Bright: I'm pretty sure vibrators are not used in classrooms. But we were fantasizing. ... It's called after-care in the kink world.

Bright: I know someone who tweets out her STDs test results every time. In the polyamorous world we are responsible

Peter Bright: One of the joys of working at home is I can walk around naked. #Coronavirus

Bright (looking at jurors, some mouth agape) "A lot of Americans have never seen, at least first hand, an uncircumsized pen*s"

Peter Bright: When in photos I'm holding two Starbucks cups, I'm double fisting, it's a double entendre

We'll have more on this.

Sentencing delayed. How long for? Why does it take so long when the case seems so obvious? He already admitted to an undercover agent that he had sexually abused very young children. Remember how light a punishment Jones received after his arrest at the Gates mansion. Some people expressed anger and outrage over it. Is this another one?

This may not seem like much, but over the years he was highly strategic for Microsoft, including in preparation for the GitHub takeover. He promoted this ludicrous idea that Microsoft loved Git even before the GitHub takeover, based on inside information likely fed to him by the PR department of Microsoft.

Why is it that so many people at Microsoft -- executives included -- are connected to pedophiles?

"This may not seem like much, but over the years he was highly strategic for Microsoft, including in preparation for the GitHub takeover."The tip for this post came from a former Microsofter, who believes that Gates himself is a pedophile. "For me," he has said, "it’s an emphatic yes regarding his guilt as he’s acting no differently than other guilty parties accused of the same; they’re all using the same playbook."

He wrote about it days ago.

"An innocent person wouldn’t hang out with Epstein in the first place, let alone get on a plane with him, all behind his wife’s back, lie about it initially, and then try to play it all off as some philanthropy experiment. That’s some desperate lawyer logic at best," he continued. "My opinion is that the only thing bringing Gates into contact with Epstein is desperation for the services that Epstein offered. There’s nothing that Epstein could offer Gates besides discretion and a virtual guarantee of not being caught. Abandoning common sense and opsec is common among pedophiles as shown most recently with Peter Bright, there are even shows built around this premise and this is especially the case when it’s an easy meal. Lying about their participation in such things is to be expected and should by no means distract from facts and circumstance; no one just up and admits that they’re a pedophile."
