THE "Results of the 2020 European Patent Office Staff Survey," as SUEPO has just put it, "are now available. They are worrying." That is an understatement.

Benoît Battistelli is basically still at the EPO 'in spirit', even if the photo ops are done by his friend António Campinos with a pair of sneakers and an array of meaningless buzzwords.
