Microsoft knew about these flaws (and told the spy/state partners so they can exploit these). Microsoft did not patch until it was too late and these holes were actively exploited a lot (at least 4 such holes, based on CISA).
So if Microsoft cushions those losses (to delay the bubble's implosion; Microsoft uses the bubble to fake its "market cap", as does NVIDIA), its debt will skyrocket
