If they cannot be bothered to investigate and they won't be punishing government-linked financial criminals for their financial crimes, then what good are they and what are we funding with our tax money anyway?

Summary: When people need police enforcement against a crime it turns out that police is "MIA" (missing in action); it might matter that Sirius worked with the British government, so there's a reduced incentive to affirm crimes were committed and then arrest the perpetrators
