Resumen: El tiempo se agota asi como leyes fundamentales que puedan pasar.

Ha habido un montón de hablar acerca de una reforma de las patentes recientemente. Hay la Ley de Reforma de Patentes de 2011 [1[http://techrights.org/2011/02/02/reform-vs-biden-mentality/], 2[http://techrights.org/2011/01/31/united-states-patent-reform/]], y Microsoft ha estado tratando de inclinar este tipo de reformas a su manera [1[http://techrights.org/2011/02/05/patentes-abusos-de-su-monopolio/]] tal que sólo los ricos pueden ser llamados "inventores" (los que poseen el MONOPOLIO de una idea). El comité votó 15-0 para apoyar la legislación que daría a los jueces un papel importante en la determinación de la importancia de una patente en particular es para un producto, por lo que infringir las patentes de menores no daría lugar a daños enormes.
