Pursuing a Case With No Prospects (Because It's "Funny")

What next, a chatbot? Import/export of "justice" (cross-continental)?

TODAY we continue explaining an ongoing campaign of aggravated harassment against my wife; this involved illegal behaviour directed at her, with casual attempts at provocation. It is a familiar modus operandi - aiming at people higher than oneself (e.g. Stallman, Moglen, Torvalds, Wright) in pursuit of legitimacy where none is deserved, seeking to compensate for one's lack of suitable qualifications and/or achievements.

The perpetrators are trying to exploit the US as a safe haven for their decade or so of ritual defamation against people with actual computer-related degrees and credentials. Trying to tear them down by humiliation - i.e. classic crab mentality, then threaten them any time they open their mouth in self-defence. It's projection at its finest - defame people endlessly, then try to blackmail those people using threats of defamation lawsuits while constantly stalking them and provoking them. This isn't the behaviour of mentally sound human beings but of con artists. This went on for years, not days, weeks, or months.

Speaking of con artists, it's totally permissible for me to say that I spoke to people and all of them say - having looked at the claims - that it's a futile, ridiculous "case", or a case of flinging lots of low-quality crap at the wall, praying something can somehow stick. A lot was identified as "boilerplate text", i.e. copypasta, to keep this "funny" move (or stunt) "on budget".

The "phonebooks" sent to us are about 80% our own text, our own articles, our own work. Maybe that's just what we should expect from a 'mule' carrying Microsoft's anti-Linux, anti-freedom agenda/code (to be put in Linux to restrict PCs or let Microsoft control them remotely from the moment they're powered on).

Adding insult to injury, the perpetrators are taking a firm that's considered notorious. They're notorious for picking up any case, irrespective of how weak the merits or how low the chances of winning may be (unverifiable and baseless claims), as long as they get paid. Their reputation is already tarnished by virtue of doing so and their track record shows a considerable rate of losses.
