Compare WIPO to ADR Forum
Alan L. Limbury, to his credit, could properly see what was happening and what had gone on for years: (he denied IBM's attempts to censor Daniel Pocock, a prolific Fedora contributor)
Now take a look at WIPO, which viciously attacks its own staff for whistleblowing and then blackmails the media for talking about it. As if talking about crime is itself a "crime".
What does that make WIPO???
Notice the attitudinal bias of WIPO.
They're being rude and demeaning to the respondent because he didn't pay tens of thousands of Swiss francs to some lawyers who might in fact be faking it to defraud clients:
So it is "rude" not to hire lawyers. IBM: stop being poor! █
