Disinformation Sites Would Not Stand a Chance Without Social Control Media, Which Fueled Them
The total cost of Social Control 'Media' [sic]
4 hours ago the BillBC wrote about fake news sites, focusing on Channel3Now. What BillBC seems to be missing, however, is the fact that parody or fake news sites always existed (they were part of the Web's fabric), but their ability to spread falsehoods was limited. BillBC barely wishes to acknowledge the role of elephants (or oligarchs) in the room.
A lot of damage (financial and reputational) was caused by the riots. Who will pay the bill? Not the BillBC, whose bills are paid by the world's most famous criminal, Bill Gates (it doesn't help that he was a facilitator of Jeffrey Epstein and BillBC keeps getting exposed for employing pedophiles in top roles).
Shallow journalism and lousy analysis will drive us further away from the core issues (profitable propaganda). X (Twitter) played a considerable role in the riots and the owners of that platform boasted about it. They're doing an "Arab spring" on a country they don't care for and try to undermine.
If the elected politicians have the guts to take on TikTok (which is an enemy of free speech), why stop short of action against "X"? Because they too are on it and are "addicted" to it? Because they believe they cannot speak to voters/constituents without Elon Musk's permission?
The cops' approach overlooks the catalyst. They would rather arrest some 'street thugs' than rich people like "Royals" from Saudi Arabia, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg (who are protected by well-connected lawyers and political allies). █
