"Victory Day" - Part II: Abject Defeat to Hypocrites and Objectionable People Who Strangle Women Whilst on Microsoft's Payroll
Next step will be reparations from Microsoft [1, 2] (or its footsoldiers who live in a forest or in dad's home)
Yesterday was the 80th VE day, so in Part 1 we made some allusions or references to not-so-ancient history. Right now there's a whole lot of revisionist history online (the quality of material online sank in recent years, maybe even decades*); victors and aggressors are cast as losers and defenders, respectively, but let's set politics aside. The consensus that almost nobody will challenge is that LLMs rapidly ruin the Web, but the deterioration predates the LLM craze (bubble).
As we've seen in recent decades, many who portray themselves as "social justice warriors" are in fact contemptible 'warriors' against justice, people who claim to protect gender diversity are themselves hypocrites (same for those who attack Torvalds), whose public messages say a "CoC" will protect "Safety" [1, 2] while they are making threats to (or blackmail) people, people who try to associate Dr. Stallman with paedophilia themselves turn out to be collecting and sharing likely illegal material (depending on jurisdiction), so I couldn't help but thinking of homophobes who themselves later on get unmasked as closeted homosexuals. They basically try to distract from what they are by attacking other people; it makes them less scrutinised or harder to detect, or so they assume. Maybe it's driven by self-loathing and guilt. We're talking here about someone who kept moaning about being a victim of domestic violence while publicly flaunting he wants to stab and punch people he knows and has habitual physical access to. For this he became somewhat of a public menace (word or mouth did its thing) and not someone you'd tolerate sharing a room with. Thankfully he lives far away in another continent, but he'll need to come here to "face the music" at the High Court.
It's all about contradictions here; in courts, contradictions help illuminate one's utter lies, even self-deceit (cognitive dissonance).
In reference to VE day (Europe) and "Victory Day", almost nobody would assert that Stalin was a "good guy" or "saved Europe" (from Europe). There's a lot of spin this year and lots of "enemy of my enemy is my friend" whataboutism/false dichotomies. The mobsters we fight against [1, 2] (in reaction to their attack on us) don't fight for social justice, or even free speech/Free software. And no, they're not poor, ill people (like Sharp, Hamasman, and others). They play the "victim card" any time it suits them, wishing to disappear from the arena of properly, well-deserved public scrutiny. Then limelight can chase them regardless. Don't be a coward. Take responsibility for your actions.
Thankfully, some time later this year there's going to accountability (at the UK High Court and elsewhere) for this malicious "cancel culture", online ritual-type mobs, social control media brigades, serial defamation, and allusions to violence - even sexual exploitation - against vulnerable people who merely promote Software Freedom. Just pleading "insanity" or "illness" as a defence (this seems to have become a pattern with these people) isn't viable. Too late. Suppressing publication won't work, nor will censorship demands and repeated begging.
Attacking people (even physically) and SLAPPing them (even the female victims!) may have worked for violent Microsofters in the US, but it won't fly here, it's not about semantics and changing one's Facebook or LinkedIn profile photo (public relations stunts) won't change the underlying facts. It's about what actually happened and it started a very long time ago in GNOME and Mono, the Trojan horse of Miguel de Icaza and his buddy from Microsoft.
As for the "gun/s for hire", what they did for the serial strangler from Microsoft, according to what we got told, is illegal and quite possibly a "crime" (for several different reasons); you don't just get to extort people (blackmail is potentially too strong a term here) because you have law degree. Doing so for people from abroad is a separate issue, or acting as a proxy (an employer did this to me and my colleagues, who are suing right now; is the US becoming a popular "safe haven" for criminals**?). Some time in the future we'll be able to look back and link back to what happens when poorly-thought-out SLAPPs are filed, strung together in succession, and then backfire spectacularly. We're keeping underlying court files separate from anything we write in public for increased transparency (prominent journalists have urged us to so this because injustice thrives in darkness) without running afoul of good faith practices. Several non-profits and high-profile law firms are watching this "slappification" as there are unprecedented elements here. The longer it goes on, the more exposure it'll get. Nowadays more people know about the strangulation by Microsoft employees; hello, Streisand Effect [1, 2]. If you work hard to hide something that is true, there's a really high likelihood more people will find out about the suppressed information, even retroactively.
Picking up cases of a political nature that nobody else wants to touch (it's just too toxic) is how this firm earned a negative reputation and ended up being involved in not even one new media lawsuit this year. This firm is rapidly shrinking, based on its own formal filings, and it looks like the person who filed the SLAPPs against me and my wife (and months earlier against someone who had exposed tax frauds, the courageous Dan Neidle [1, 2, 3]) is leaving or has left the firm:
Exactly the same role in a rapidly-shrinking firm whose staff is under an SRA probe. It's not because they're growing; they rapidly shrink from 9 media lawsuits last year (more than 20% of them against me!) to a total 0 this year.
Only one person/role matches the above, the predator who chases women and people who expose abuse, pro bono:
Maybe his annual salary was higher than what the firm has in its bank account. Not a joke, it's possible.
The way it's looking at the moment, victory is pretty much assured, the question is how quickly. That's because Judges ("Masters") are obliged to hear SLAPPers (violent Microsofters from the US) as well, irrespective of the thresholds met or unmet. So far they're not impressed at all because each time they issue an order it's in our favour. Someone is going to have to pay for this; it won't be us. █

* Even the once-revered Wikipedia is presently overrun by mischief/foul play (e.g. people writing ads about themselves or their businesses), drowning in bribes [1, 2, 3] and saddled by AstroTurfers, even DDoS and Trump attorneys/hacks that pressure it.
** It was not the first time. The company Sirius Open Source was sued over a decade ago and before creating a shell and tricking/blackmailing staff into "joining" it there was also CR-2018-007766:
HMRC did not (at the time) know about the pension fraud, nor did the victims of it (owning partly to forged/false payslips - probably yet another crime, implicating an accounting firm in central London). Remember that the CEO ran to the US to escape prosecution/enforcement. His ex-wife still resents him for what he did (yes, she contacted us). Is this the sort of reputation the US seeks to inherit? The CEO was a closeted supporter of Donald Trump. It's not hard to imagine what he admired about such a person.
