German and Austrian Media Publishers Need to Cover European Patent Office (EPO) Scandals Because the EPO Has 3 'Branches' There (75% of Everything in Europe)
Raw: The European Patent Office (EPO) is a Cash Cow of Germany

With the exception of a Dutch "branch" (NL), everything the EPO has is located in a German-speaking country, set aside the "lobbying boutique" in Brussels.
Some readers sought to help us reach out to German media with "some further suggestions for contact". Many of our readers do speak German and are based in Germany. We kindly ask them to help raise awareness among journalists because it works. They don't ignore what's sent to them, some are just keeping quiet out of fear or reluctance (based on past fears).
If it helps, EPO staff members who are based in Germany or EPO stakeholders that are based in Germany can create "burner accounts" for E-mail and make one-time contact. That too can help.
"We read your postings about BILD and Focus Online," some readers told us about older publications [1, 2]. "No real surprise there given the German media track record on covering EPO affairs."
"The Süddeutsche Zeitung based in Munich used to have some reasonable coverage up to around 2015/2016. At some point they were well and truly nobbled by Team Battistelli and since then their critical coverage of the EPO is non-existent and anything they publish doesn't go beyond regurgitated EPO press releases."
"It's also interesting to see that the Süddeutsche Zeitung doesn't seem to have any coverage of the Oktoberfest "cocaine bust" and the record-breaking 40,000 Euro fine imposed on the "Spaniard" - something which literally happened on their doorstep. You would think that the leading daily paper from Munich would at least mention it in passing but we couldn't find any trace of it."
"As regards media coverage in Germany you might be better off trying one of the following channels which claim to engage in "investigative journalism"...

"The story should be of interest to Austrian media because the EPO has a branch office in Vienna.
"At the time Karepova was the Austrian delegate on the EPO's Administrative Council.
"So this is another example of the "revolving door" between the Council and the EPO's senior management.

We'll say more about Spanish contacts shortly (Spain is relevant because of the origins of the "Mafia" and the location of EUIPO). I now understand that EUIPO is also SLAPPing publishers. I was only told so recently. Of course there's deplatforming on top of all that. They'd do anything to muzzle critics. █
