Summary: As authorities continue to attain autonomy, Microsoft creates unit of global alliances

DESPITE dirty play from Microsoft Russia (e.g. [1, 2]), it turns out that Russian authorities carry on migrating to GNU/Linux (Google's automated translation to English).

On the other hand, a couple of reports from Portugal suggest that Microsoft is planning to create a unit of global alliances with its headquarters in Portugal. This choice of country is not surprising given Microsoft's behaviour in the country. Thanks to Tony Manco for the tip. ⬆
