Benoît Battistelli and António Campinos as EPO presidents have acted like agents of Team UPC, striving to lower patent quality in anticipation of kangaroo courts with docile judges across the EU.

They've groomed Campinos (he attended and spoke in a UPC lobbying event in his very first week as EPO President). But he's letting out the expletives.
