NNo es ningún secreto que hay un intenso lobbyism -cabildeo- en Europa, incluyendo algunos promoviendo las patentes de software[http://techrights.org/wiki/index.php/Software_Patents_in_Europe].



Algo de el cabildeo -lobbyism- pro-patentes de software viene de Microsoft Florian[http://techrights.org/wiki/index.php/Florian_M%C3%BCller], que se está extendiendo Android FUD desde hace algún tiempo, desde la segunda mitad del año pasado.
