AT the start of this month we issued a call for the "Deep Throats" (Mark Felt) of the European Patent Office (EPO). As things stand at the moment, due to further restrictions on speech (António Campinos escalated the muzzling not only of SUEPO but CSC as well), little comes out of the EPO in terms of information.
