  7. YOU ARE HERE ☞ Giving Large Contracts to Former Staff (Yes, Corruption and Graft)

Summary: The Linux Foundation has limitless examples of people who used to work for the Foundation, then left to create their own "business", in turn getting a contract with the Foundation, enjoying a flow of money (probably without tenders and bidding, it's all nepotism with no competitive bids)

THE Linux Foundation (LF) offers Clickfraud-as-a-Service among other services which are borderline illegal or a direct violation of site policies.

How many people even know about this? Well, this has gone on for years already, but the people who run the Foundation enjoy impunity [1, 2, 3]. They exploit their connections to large corporations.

Two examples of this would be Jennifer Cloer and Swapnil Bhartiya, who are in fact connected and fed by the same 'machine'. The Foundation gives them "contracts", in turn offloading budget to them.
