Gemini Not Deflated Yet (Soon Turning 5!)
Gemini numbers still moving up, the protocol will turn five next summer
THE more eagle-eyed readers may be able to tell that Gemini activity picked up much steam in recent days/weeks. Why? I have no clue, I have to admit!
The articles (or pages) are mostly technical in nature; they're about 50% technical and the other half mainly personal stories about people's live, even fiction or general literature.
The Web is aging badly; it's not maturing, it's just becoming more proprietary and akin to a corporate creature, i.e. inherently antithetical to and incompatible with its roots. It's good that an alternative is brewing and growing.
In the past couple of days we served over 20,000 pages (or requests) over Gemini. We find it hard to believe Gemini can vanish in the next 5 years. The userbase is large enough. The number of active Gemini capsules continues to grow. █
