THERE are some truly pathetic people who believe that because they do not like some Web site, then they can take it down and there must be a way (nope, there are rights and safeguards for sites too). At best they can waste their time and money, but that is all. It just serves to prove those sites are effective, further emboldened by the efforts to silence them.

Worse yet, attempts to silence sites can backfire badly [1, 2]. That's what's going to happen. People who already have severe medical and mental issues will end up bankrupt too. We've been warning about them about it (since half a year ago) and they didn't want to listen.
