Bonum Certa Men Certa

Another Wave of Microsoft Layoffs Comes Shortly. Microsoft Propaganda Sites and Slopforms Powered by Microsoft LLMs Already Spew Out Face-Saving Nonsense.

Based on last month's leak, some very extensive layoffs are now imminent

We already know, owing to whistleblowers, that mass layoffs are brewing and Microsoft refuses to deny this because it's true and it's better to keep quiet than to get caught in a lie. It just keeps issuing distracting and misleading statements, which we'd rather not reproduce again (we did rebuttals 2 weeks ago, e.g. the "voluntary exit plan").

The following was published 3 hours ago by Markus Kasanmascheff, one of many "operatives" of Microsoft or Microsofters who operate an online "shrine" for Bill Espteingate (he's "managing editor of Winbuzzer.com", according to his profile).

Missing the point!!: A Look at Microsoft’s New Employee Performance Rules, Rehire Ban, and Attrition Metric

Of course the noise reverberates through slopfarms:

Microsoft’s HR Policy: Two Year Rehire Ban on Underperforming Employees

Even without scanning it (using tools) it seems obvious or crystal clear on the shallow surface (words and style) that this is pure garbage from an LLM. Sapling says this:

Perhaps we can expect a lot of noise, some of it spewed out by bots, to distract from or belittle the impending mass layoffs.

Reminder: Microsoft's Debt Grew 2.1 Billion Dollars in the Past 3 Months Alone or 8.2 Billion in the Past Half a Year

"Microsoft, the world’s most valuable company, declared a profit of $4.5 billion in 1998; when the cost of options awarded that year, plus the change in the value of outstanding options, is deducted, the firm made a loss of $18 billion, according to Smithers."
