Home to about half a million people, Cape Verde in the ocean exhibits signs of growing GNU/Linux adoption. With the share at 6.16% this month, as measured by statCounter, it's a lot like nearby islands in the Atlantic, the Caribbeans, and so on. Windows is measured as down sharply, just like Vista 11's share (maybe a lot of people move from Windows to GNU/Linux). █
