Head of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 360 is Leaving Microsoft Amid Problems and Mass Layoffs

Microsoft security breaches are in the news again (they always blame "Iran", not their own shoddy products) and there are scattered reports of Microsoft layoffs, albeit without any unified or clear message from Microsoft about it (so those are silent layoffs).
Microsoft is like a "legacy" company; once upon a time many people used Office. That helped bring income to the company before it sold vapourware and slop. Before XBox collapsed and basically became Windows (or Windows became XBox; it's evident the console is being scuttled this month, as predicted by its creator).
Like IBM, Microsoft is languishing and walking away into the horizon, recognising it has not much to offer.
In IBM's case, based on this new thread, they might have payroll problems:

IBM and GAFAM are not good employers and they amass lots of debt. They cannot sustain their current size without borrowing money. █
