Perhaps this is Microsoft's attempt at "pulling a Google" to bring attention to their calls for patent reform? Or, do they just like paying out judgements?
That gives Google far too much power over its rival... There are already many sites that refuse to work with Firefox or explicitly say Firefox isn't supported
