The SCO saga is far from over as a zombie simply refuses to rest or let go. Novell, however, is preparing for the knockout punch.
Novell may proceed to sue SCO says judge
A bankruptcy judge has decided that Novell can continue their fight against SCO, granting their request to lift a stay that prevented them from doing such.
It's time for SCO to face the Novell music
When SCO filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, it was widely seen as a move to avoid the final steps in its case with Novell. On Nov. 27, however, the bankruptcy court lifted its stay on the Novell trial, and so the SCO/Novell court case is once again free to proceed.
It will be interesting to see Novell burying the company whose role is yet to be inherited by other trolls (patent trolls).
